Description Our firm is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our team and work with our expanding portfolio of business clients. The Role: As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will be on a tax team pod along with a tax manager, junior tax staff and bookkeeper to manage a client portfolio. Strong interpersonal skills are essential as you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and a key collaborator in your team pod. The work items are primarily a mix of tax preparation and tax advisory. We provide guidance and support in advanced tax planning to help you thrive in your role. About Us: Our firm specializes in collaborating with business owners to strategically plan for their taxes year-round. We take pride in helping our clients save substantial amounts of money through our innovative tax strategies. We have successfully mitigated tax liability by $40,000- $8,000,000. Instead of minimum billable hours, we are a proactive partner to increase our client's revenue, profits and net worth. Requirements: • Proficiency in technology and ability to work remotely • Strong collaboration skills • Relationship-building skills to nurture client connections • CPA or EA, or open to studying for it • 2+ years of experience as a tax accountant in a CPA firm As we anticipate significant growth in the coming years, we are seeking team members who are eager to grow with us.
