After Hours Service Dispatcher

Service Dispatcher Job Summary (Work from Home) Key Mechanical is seeking a night crew dispatcher for our service department working remotely for five (5) Western United States branches, all within the Pacific Time Zone, for afterhours/weekends/holidays. The individual in this role would work in the service department in an administrative capacity. Candidates for this position should be reliable, organized, positive, detail orientated and have a desire to learn and grow with the company. Duties and Responsibilities • Dispatch inbound calls and emails from clients timely and effectively • Create service work orders within the company’s software package • Dispatch service technicians to client sites timely and effectively • Manage open service work orders by Team • Update work order notes in website portals and via email as requested • Provide accurate and complete information to clients, technicians, and management • Field client questions and concerns, suggest appropriate solutions/alternatives • Identify and assess clients’ needs to meet or exceed expectations • Attend monthly Night Crew dispatch meetings • Work with Service Department special projects • Follow company scripts, guidelines, and policies • Provide general administrative support Requirements and Qualifications • Excellent time management • Positive, client-centric attitude • Great customer service • Highly organized • Detail oriented • Critical Thinking • Heightened awareness • Active listener • Dependable and reliable • Thorough understanding of workflow • Solid concept of task urgency and prioritization • Great verbal and written communication skills • Proactive, self-starter • Flexibility for schedule change- coverage of PTO days taken by other Team members Key Mechanical is a commercial refrigeration and HVAC contractor operating in Washington, Oregon, California, and Michigan.
