AI Automation & Agent Developer (OpenAI, Zapier/n8n) - Project-Based - Contract to Hire

I run Acasa AI, an AI automation agency that builds practical AI agents and workflow systems for small businesses (gyms, clinics, e-commerce, real estate, service businesses, etc.). I'm looking for a project-based AI Automation Developer who can help build client deliverables as new projects come in. This is not hourly work - I bring the client, you help me deliver the automation.
