Application Systems Analyst - Healthcare

We are seeking a skilled Application Systems Analyst to support a vital Health Information Exchange (HIE) program for a government client. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of care and population health for the state's Medicaid program through improved data exchange. As the Care Management Analyst, you will provide essential day-to-day operational support and drive the implementation of the care management use case within the state's HIE. This position requires a strong understanding of Medicaid operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Essential Responsibilities • Help define requirements and guide the implementation of care management solutions across multiple teams. • Support the transition to digital quality measures (dQMs) and improve health-related social needs (HRSN) data exchange. • Document project requirements, coordinate testing activities, and manage technical issues to ensure alignment with program strategies. • Serve as a key resource for troubleshooting and resolving issues involving various stakeholders. • Ensure program activities align with established strategies and contribute to the enhancement of care management data sharing. Required Qualifications • A minimum of 4 years of experience defining requirements and guiding implementation across technical and business teams. • A minimum of 4 years of experience with Medicaid operations and healthcare data exchange. • A minimum of 4 years of experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across multiple stakeholders. • Strong organizational and communication skills.
