Flight Attendants serve as brand ambassadors, fostering a welcoming and professional environment on board by adhering to Delta’s standards of appearance and behavior. Managing the cabin environment—assisting with boarding, stowing carry-on luggage, and securing the cabin for takeoff and landing—is integral to the smooth operation of each flight. Ideal candidates possess resilience, empathy, exceptional communication, and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A professional demeanor and a commitment to the highest safety and service standards are critical. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, possess a valid passport for unrestricted global travel, and be willing to relocate to an assigned crew base. Background checks and drug screenings are mandatory to maintain the integrity and security of our team. Delta offers industry-leading compensation and benefits, including a salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year (approximately $961 per week).
