We need an English-fluent Business Analyst , based in Mexico , available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: Configure and optimize SaaS systems based on business data and rules. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Utilize Predictive Assessment tools to analyze business needs and improve system efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to implement and test system configurations. Identify opportunities to enhance processes and provide data-driven recommendations. Ensure seamless integration of software solutions within the insurance industry. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role. SaaS industry experience MUST Strong understanding of business data structures, rules, and system configurations. Experience with Predictive Assessment tools and methodologies. Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must hold a valid U.S. visa. Compensation: The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,700 - $2,300 per month, depending on seniority and skillset. This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform. The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
