Casino Game Spine Animator - Remote

They need a talented animator and rigger on their team to deliver compelling and entertaining games. Responsibilities: • Create and animate characters, environments, and FX in different styles. • Prepare frame by frame animations utilizing Spine. • Work with programmers to achieve the best possible animation quality. • Apply knowledge of optimization techniques to meet memory limitations. • Participate in art reviews, giving verbal and visual feedback when needed. • Maintains version control of assets.. • Serve as the bridge between Art and Engineering. • Design to limitations of mobile hardware and web-based games. • Optimize animations for web-based canvas applications. Job Knowledge: • Strong communication skills • Exceptional proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Spine • Exceptional technical proficiency in processing all types and sizes of graphical assets according to specific requirements with a demonstrated comfort level utilizing a variety of tools, utilities, techniques and procedures. • An understanding of the limitations that come with mobile hardware and web-based games. • At least 3 years experience using Spine, preferably without using the mesh tool • Experience in slot machine games (mobile platform) is a plus • Knowledge in 3D animation is a plus Benefits: • Medical, dental, vision 100% coverage for employee • Generous vacation • 401k match • Work from home Location: • You may live anywhere in Texas or Nevada (the states where this company is a registered employer) • Relocation expenses are paid - to anywhere in those states you want to live. • Remote work from home About the Company: In 2019 this company inked a deal with the world's largest game distributor and has never looked back.
