Chief Compliance Officer, Zurich North America

Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or Juris Doctor and 15 or more years of experience in the Compliance area. • Experience in developing, implementing, managing, and monitoring corporate compliance programs and working with code of conducts and ethical issues. • 5 or more years of leadership experience. Nice-to-haves • Experience as a Chief Compliance Officer, Vice President, or Senior Leader within a global compliance function. • Experience managing U.S. insurance regulation initiatives. • Global experience including knowledge of common regulation. • Proven track record in managing investigations, audits, and process reviews. • Working knowledge of the COSO framework and experience in developing or improving controls. • Proactive, open-minded leader with the ability to think innovatively and drive significant business impact. • Experience in building and implementing key strategies. • Strong skills in collaboration, conflict resolution, and influencing. • Experience in building and managing cross-functional teams. • Strong executive presence with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
