We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Lead Generation Specialists. This is a flexible, commission-based role where your earnings are directly tied to the quality and type of leads you generate. There are no set schedules—work at your own pace and earn based on your performance. Perkins Construction specializes in exterior and interior construction projects from impact windows & doors, concrete restoration, hardie board and other sidings, painting, kitchen and bathroom renovations and more! Submit qualified leads for evaluation and compensation is based upon setting 1-1 appointments with our sales team and/or closing opportunities with the sales team for larger commissions. This is a 100% commission-based role, with compensation scaled according to the quality and type of lead generated. Higher-value leads mean greater earning potential.
