CRO Expert – GA4, GTM & Hotjar Funnel Dashboards (Setup Only)
I’m looking for an experienced CRO specialist to properly set up GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar dashboards for my funnel. About the tool: This is an online PR Card Renewal tool for Canada. Funnel flow is: Landing page → Eligibility quiz → Checkout → Payment. Current setup: GA4, GTM, and Hotjar are already installed, but the dashboards and views are not set up correctly. I can’t clearly see funnel drop-offs or quickly review the right Hotjar sessions. Goal: Identify the #1 drop-off step in under 30 seconds Easily watch 3–5 relevant abandon sessions per day Clearly understand why users leave eligibility or checkout Scope of work: Set up clean GA4 funnel dashboards (users, conversion %, drop-offs) Ensure eligibility and checkout events are tracked correctly Configure Hotjar recordings, filters, and heatmaps Confirm all tracking is firing properly This is a setup and visibility project only, not CRO analysis or optimization (for now).
