Customer Success and Strategy Specialist, Adobe Express and Adobe Firefly

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Adobe as our Customer Success and Strategy Specialist for Adobe Express and Adobe Firefly. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and shaping the strategy for two of Adobe's innovative products. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong communication and analytical skills, who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded. Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement. Create and deliver presentations and reports to senior management on customer success and strategy initiatives. Identify and prioritize key customer segments and develop targeted strategies to increase product adoption and retention. Monitor and track customer feedback and satisfaction levels, and develop action plans to address any issues. Serve as a subject matter expert for Adobe Express and Adobe Firefly, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and act as their advocate within the organization. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success and strategy efforts. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to drive alignment and ensure successful execution of customer success and strategy initiatives. Adobe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
