About the Role We're looking for a dynamic and customer-obsessed individual to join our team in Costa Rica. As an Account Manager – E-commerce Growth Specialist, you'll play a critical role in growing our 3P market in the USA by acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts for new products, fee pricing, and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Developing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and monitoring competitor efforts. Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Guiding sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues. Primary Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required. 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably in e-commerce, generation, retail, or FMCG industries. Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach. Experience in promoting nascent merchandise/offering into new markets is strongly preferred. Advanced communication and presentation skills, a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. Remarkable commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills. Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities. Comfort with complex financial data and polished communication skills – speaking, writing, imparting, and negotiating. Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment, comfortable with "hands-on" management of responsibilities, and demonstrated potential to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus. 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus. 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
