Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English) Helping customers resolve basic technical issues Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Offering additional products and/or services to customers Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: An associate degree, bachelor's degree, or tech certification The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both French and English 1+ year of customer service experience A high school diploma or GED A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Eagerness to learn new technologies Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of customer service software and technologies Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we believe in investing in our people and providing opportunities for career growth and development.
