As a Customer Engineer, you'll work closely with our Specialized Outreach teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for arenaflex Cloud adoption. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients and partners, providing technical guidance, support, and expertise to help them maximize the value of our cloud solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions to meet assembled needs * Lead technical projects, technology support, bid responses, product and service briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets * Deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents * Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice counsel to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud platform effectiveness * Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * 2+ years of experience as a specialized technical engineer in a distributed computing environment or a client-facing role * Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure * Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies **Preferred Qualifications** * Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status * Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms * Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies * Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques * Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT innovation space **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Experience with technical project management and coordination **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
