Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team as a Part-Time Data Entry and Ticketing Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing ticketing and baggage handling, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for: • Welcome and assist customers with their travel needs, providing personalized service and ensuring a positive experience. • Process ticketing and baggage handling, using a computer system to sell, print, and reissue tickets. • Manage the registration process, ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation for travel. • Label and handle baggage, performing lifting tasks that involve moving bags from scales to transport lines. • Practice security-conscious behaviors in every work cycle and system. • Use computer systems to assist customers with seat availability, gate announcements, and the loading process. • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. • Assist with unaccompanied minors and disabled travelers, ensuring their safety and well-being. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: • A high school diploma or equivalent. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse individuals and groups. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. • Basic computer skills, with experience using computer systems and software applications. • Ability to lift bags or objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift bags or objects weighing between 50 and 70 pounds. • Ability to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality, customer service, or business administration. • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry. • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken. • Experience using computer systems and software applications, particularly in a customer service or ticketing environment.
