About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our customer service team, processing consumer loan applications, managing payment arrangements, and addressing customer inquiries. Your expertise and professionalism will be instrumental in facilitating loan approvals, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, and upholding the integrity of our financial services. This fully remote position will start after a one-week training period conducted from 8 AM to 5 PM, and you'll be working on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing solutions and support to customers. Analyze and appraise loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process. Ensure precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing timely resolutions to their inquiries. Maintain professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions, handling difficult situations with courtesy and calm. Handle card payments and process financial transactions with accuracy, adhering to blithequark's financial services standards. Stay informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services, ensuring you're up-to-date on industry developments. Create and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Meet and exceed monthly performance goals as established by management, striving for excellence in your role. Qualifications & Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications. The ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations with courtesy and calm. Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data.
