Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis for a Fortune 500 company in the global healthcare industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely or from home, enjoying a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour, plus weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package upon permanent hire. Key Responsibilities: Handle all incoming issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills. Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc. Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed. Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience. Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs. Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns. Why You Should Apply: Position is temp-to-hire with opportunity for growth. 1st shift, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday. Competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour, plus weekly pay. Full benefits package offered upon permanent hire. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Previous customer service experience, comfortable with sitting in front of a computer for the majority of your shift. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable training in Salesforce. Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency, able to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette. Experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field. Knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Time management and organizational skills. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
