Our mission is to empower our clients to innovate and succeed in a rapidly changing world, and we are committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our customers every step of the way. **Job Summary** As an ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and guidance to our clients, including US Government (USG) and enterprise clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will also collaborate with our internal teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, and develop and implement process improvements to enhance our customer service experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients, including US Government (USG) and enterprise clients, via phone, email, and chat * Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements * Work closely with internal teams, including Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solutions Architects, to identify and resolve complex technical issues * Develop and implement process improvements to enhance our customer service experience * Proactively assist clients with preventing potential issues and providing proactive support * Jump deep to understand complex issues and provide solutions to clients * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our customer service experience **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration * 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or sales environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong knowledge of cloud-based platforms, including Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3 **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a cloud-based environment, preferably with Amazon Web Services (AWS) * Knowledge of technical account management and sales principles * Experience working with enterprise clients, including US Government (USG) clients * Strong understanding of business operations and processes * Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain high levels of productivity and motivation **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong knowledge of cloud-based platforms, including Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3 * Ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams * Strong understanding of business operations and processes * Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
