This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a focus on providing 24/7 customer support. You will be working on a night shift, with hours ranging from 15:30-24:00 CET, Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, with some flexibility to accommodate your schedule. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service to clients through chat, email, and the Help Center portal, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to their queries and concerns. Utilize Galileo and Amadeus systems to manage bookings, including adding ancillaries, processing refunds, and reissuing tickets, demonstrating expertise and attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication. Stay updated with industry changes and company policies, providing accurate and current information to clients and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Galileo or Amadeus, with recent experience in reissuing and refunding tickets using these systems. Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills in writing and speaking. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred qualifications include experience working in a remote or flexible work environment, with a strong understanding of the travel industry and its dynamics.
