**Experienced Customer Support Associate – Veterinary Industry Chat Support**

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and delightful day-to-day experience for every user leveraging our platform for their supply ordering needs. **About the Position** As a Customer Support Associate, you'll engage with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. Your primary responsibility will be to support existing users by responding to user inquiries in a timely manner, troubleshooting issues, and explaining scenarios/solutions in an easily digestible and effective manner.
