**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Payments and Digital Strategy Team**

Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our members, and we're always looking for talented individuals to join our ranks. **Job Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: * Completing data access and balancing tasks * Coordinating return objects with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/assignments * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws * Depositing check returns, reviewing member returned checks on draft changes, processing member checks, affirming contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **What You'll Need for Success:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or equivalent * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or banking experience * Previous experience with Episys/Symitar and processing wires * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to work extended hours as needed to support business needs * Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a dynamic work environment **What You'll Get:** As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive hourly rate of $22-35/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * 401(k) program with company match * Employee Assistance Program * Discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and other travel-related expenses * Opportunities to participate in our wellness programs and employee recognition initiatives * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes a positive work-life balance **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a world-renowned airline and financial institution that's committed to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our members.
