You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven insights, and drive business outcomes. If you're a data enthusiast with a passion for driving business growth, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Assemble complex data analyses, information visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to business teams and decision-making processes. * Answer business questions and provide expert knowledge on various business streams on D+ and Hulu to improve the customer experience and drive conversions. * Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights and products. * Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data. * Apply statistical techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, factor analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering). * 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an analytics and data science space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with large datasets. * Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements to a compelling story, open to different audiences, and eventually to a clear business outcome. * Strong communication and interpersonal (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners.
