Position Summary: We're looking for detail-oriented cleaners with experience in Airbnb or short-term rental turnover cleaning. You'll be responsible for preparing homes between guest stays — making sure every property is clean, stocked, and photo-ready. Responsibilities: • Clean entire property between guest check-outs and check-ins • Change and make beds with fresh linens • Restock basic supplies (toiletries, paper goods, coffee, etc.) • Clean and sanitize kitchen, bathroom, and common areas • Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and wipe surfaces • Report damages or missing items to management • Communicate completion with before/after photos Requirements: • Driver's license and reliable transportation • Own cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, chemicals, etc.) • Prior experience with Airbnb or vacation rental cleaning (preferred) • Able to work independently and meet turnaround deadlines • Professional attitude, attention to detail, and good communication Schedule: • Ideal for individuals seeking part-time or supplemental income Compensation: • Competitive pay per property (typically $100–$200+ per turnover, depending on size and requirements) • Payments made via direct deposit or preferred method after job completion How to Apply: Apply directly through Indeed or email us with: • Your name and contact info • Areas you're available to work • Short summary of your cleaning experience Job Type: Contract Pay: $ $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 20 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • On-the-job training • Opportunities for advancement • Paid training Work Location: In person
