Job Summary and Key Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of agents to achieve their full potential. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our insurance and financial products.
