You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers have a seamless experience. This is an entry-level customer service specialist position that comes with mentorship and guidance from experienced leaders to help you advance your career. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure the smooth operation of cargo services. * Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity. * Lift instruments, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds, and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed. * Embody blithequark's values - Care, Integrity, Flexibility, Employee Initiative, and Collaboration - in all interactions and tasks. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. * Valid driver's license. * Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ability to lift instruments, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds. * Willingness to wear required PPE, including hearing protection, safety toe footwear, and high-visibility safety clothing. **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in cargo handling and warehouse operations. * Strong typing and computer skills, with proficiency in multiple software applications. **What We Offer** At blithequark, we prioritize the well-being and success of our employees.
