About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and driving business growth through empathy and technical expertise. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet, providing support and resolving technical issues related to healthcare services.
