HR/Admin Assistant

About the Role: This unique role is designed for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience (ideally 10), combining executive support with HR expertise. You will work directly with the CEO and HR Manager, managing daily executive tasks while supporting HR operations. This is a remote role with US hours, offering a dynamic mix of responsibilities to keep you engaged and challenged. Key Responsibilities: • Executive Assistant (50%) • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing agendas. • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and executive communications. • Conduct research, data analysis, and provide insights for strategic decision-making. • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing key communications. • Coordinate executive projects, including follow-up on action items and critical deadlines. • Support in drafting, reviewing, and managing key contracts and agreements. HR Support (50%) • Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. • Provide strategic HR support, including conflict resolution, performance management, and career development. • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices. • Maintain employee records, manage HR documentation, and support employee retention initiatives. • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of combined HR management and executive support experience (10+ years preferred). • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a high attention to detail. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficient in HRIS software, MS Office, and remote collaboration tools. • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
