Primary Skills: Supply chain software-Intermediate, Contract language-High, Process compliance-High, Data-sharing-Basic, Cross-functional collaboration-High Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension Location: Remote (#LI - Remote) Pay Range: $35-$40/Hr. on W2 #LP Job Summary: The HR Vendor Management Analyst plays a crucial role in guiding the People Team through the vendor management intricacies, acting as a vital link among Legal, Privacy, InfoSec, and RAI departments to ensure a smooth progression of Vendor contracts towards approval. This role involves leveraging supply chain management software, understanding contract language, and ensuring compliance with processes to resolve issues and improve vendor management programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Vendor Management Program Lead, supporting a streamlined operation and fostering strong inter-departmental relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Utilize supply chain management software to support vendor management processes. • Facilitate the progression of vendor contracts through various stages of approval. • Collaborate with Legal, InfoSec, Privacy, and other teams to finalize agreements and fulfill compliance requirements. • Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple departments to effectively address and resolve vendor-related challenges. • Identify opportunities for improvement in existing vendor management programs and implement strategic solutions. Must-Have Skills: • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. • Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities. Industry Experience: Experience in Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is preferred.
