Inbound Call Center Representative

Job Summary Answer INBOUND calls in a courteous and professional manner representing the various businesses we service in a favorable way. This is a work from home position. SHIFTS AVAILABLE - Full Time or Part Time Hours - Weekend Shifts are required (1st or 2nd Shifts) - Weekday (Hours between 7a-11p) Applicants must be available to work 4-8 hours on various weekdays and weekends are required. Responsibilities and Duties - Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manor. - Take messages promptly and accurately according to specific guide lines - Retrieve and forward messages from answering system to our clients. - Answer questions and concerns from callers in a timely fashion. Qualifications and Skills EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS - Education: High school graduate or comparable work experience. - Experience: One to two years receptionist, office or customer service experience, preferably in a medical or call center environment. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: - Excellent communication and listening skills, a pleasant demeanor along with a professional appearance and ability to work well with people. - Detail oriented with ability to work with computers. - Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment. - Must have good typing skills. - Must have good vocabulary and spelling skills.
