Stryker Supply Chain interns will get to: • Support the planning and execution of supply chain strategies across procurement, logistics, and inventory management. • Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges in supply chain operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. Supply Chain Trainee: • The Supply Chain Intern supports initiatives related to inventory optimization, supplier performance, and logistics efficiency. • They assist in data analysis for demand forecasting, material planning, and procurement strategies. • Interns help identify and implement process improvements in areas such as warehouse operations, transportation, and supplier collaboration. • They work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and products, contributing to overall operational success. What you need: • Third year B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field completed. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic PC skills, including Excel and data visualization tools. • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
