MSH is a publicly traded S&P 500 technology company that’s transforming how businesses manage HR, payroll, and workforce operations. They are seeking an Account Executive to own and close new B2B business, sell directly to C-level decision makers, and manage a full-cycle sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Own and close new B2B business in your assigned territory
- Sell directly to CEOs, CFOs, HR Directors, and executives
- Prospect and develop companies with 50+ employees
- Run in-person sales meetings, demos, and closing conversations
- Manage your own full-cycle sales pipeline
- Close deals and support clients through implementation
- Build long-term relationships with business leaders
- Travel up to 25% to meet with clients
Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or a highly competitive sales environment
- A history of exceeding quotas and performance metrics
- Strong presentation, negotiation & closing skills
- Confidence speaking with C-level executives
- A consultative, solution-based selling style
- High energy, drive, and resilience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship or OPT/CPT
- Bachelor's degree (business or sales preferred)
- Sales internships, collegiate sales programs, or full-time B2B experience are all accepted
