• Strategically prospect and engage owners and managers
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand business needs
• Own the end-to-end sales process
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision makers
• Manage pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce
• Stay informed on industry trends
• Attend conferences and networking events
• Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs
Requirements:
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
• Proven success selling to mid-market organizations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with MedSpa operations
• Skilled in uncovering business needs and creating ROI-driven proposals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM systems
