This is a remote position. Job Highlights Contract: Independent Contractor Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 9am - 6pm UK time (8 paid hours per day), or Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday - 4 paid hours per day Scope: Must include Friday availability Direct reporting to Finance Manager Supporting finance operations across multiple international offices Handling confidential financial information for luxury brand clients Potential for increased hours as company grows Responsibilities: Process and manage purchase invoices in Xero accounting system Handle daily expense management through Pleo platform Process team expense receipts and verify proper tax allocation Manage purchase ledger and supplier invoice processing Support team members with expense submissions Work with team members to ensure all costs are supported by invoices Assist with budget closures Maintain Excel-based financial tracking systems Process vendor documentation Provide coverage for finance operations on Fridays Requirements Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) Experience with Xero is a must Strong Excel proficiency Proven experience in basic accounting and data entry High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Experience working with UK-based companies preferred Availability to work UK business hours, especially Fridays Experience with expense management systems Benefits Independent Contractor Perks: Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
