Job Responsibilities:
People Leadership
& Team Development
- Lead with a people-first mindset, cultivating a
collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and regular
performance feedback to team members.
- Identify skill gaps and oversee learning and
development strategies to support career growth.
- Implement structured training programs and
succession planning initiatives.
Operational Management
& Oversight
- Drive team performance, operational efficiency, and
adherence to quality standards.
- Perform bookkeeping, payroll, superannuation,
payables and reporting assignments to the highest level.
- Undertake high level quality and preparation reviews
of team members full range of work.
- Oversee bookkeeping operations and ensure accuracy,
timeliness, and compliance with established processes.
- Monitor team activities to ensure consistent
delivery within deadlines and service-level expectations.
Workflow Optimization
& Continuous Improvement
- Optimize operational workflows to enhance
productivity and service quality.
- Monitor key performance metrics and use data
insights to guide decision-making.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process
automation and continuous improvement.
- Champion operational best practices and promote a
culture of innovation and accountability.
Requirements
Enjoy the convenience of a work-from-home arrangement while staying connected with the team. We only ask that you join us on-site once every quarter (once every 3 months) at our office in Eastwood, Quezon City. This balance gives you the freedom of remote work with the benefit of occasional in-person collaboration.
- At least 5 years
of experience in bookkeeping practice (min. 3 years AU or bookkeeping
experience)
- Actual
practical experience as a Team Leader in an AU bookkeeping practice
- Solid background
and experience in bookkeeping using XERO accounting software.
- Proficient with
Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook)
