Job Description
I am a BCBA / ABA instructor looking for a reliable, detail-oriented administrative assistant to help with ongoing ABA paperwork and data management. This is a remote role focused on entering session notes, organizing data, and reviewing trends within an online ABA platform.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in ABA, special education, psychology, or healthcare administration, or someone comfortable working with clinical data systems.
Responsibilities
-Enter session notes and treatment data into an online ABA platform
-Upload and organize documentation accurately and consistently
-Review client data for trends, progress, gaps, and inactivity
-Flag missing notes, inconsistencies, or unusual data patterns
-Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
-Communicate clearly about completed work and any concerns found in the data
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Experience with data entry (ABA or clinical platforms a plus)
-Ability to identify patterns and trends in data
-Organized, dependable, and responsive
-Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
-Fluent in English (written)

-Background in ABA, psychology, special education, or healthcare
-Familiarity with ABA terminology (e.g., session notes, targets, data collection)
-Experience reviewing graphs or progress data
