About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging logistics and preparing materials.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized.
• Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Benefits
