Responsibilities
- Process client requests using the established systems and tools
- Communicate verbally and in writing with our clients and partners, providing high-quality customer service (requests and follow-ups)
- Analyze straightforward requests and seek assistance from a specialist when required
- Meet financial deadlines and comply with applicable policies, rules, and regulations
- Prepare various reports and tax slips for clients and authorities, and perform accounting entries
- Perform peer-review nonfinancial transactions for accuracy
