We’re on the hunt for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager who knows how to build, grow, and scale affiliate programs that convert. If you thrive on partnerships, performance data, and creative strategy — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and expand our affiliate program using GoAffPro and Shopify integrations
Recruit, onboard, and motivate affiliates and influencers to drive consistent sales growth
Develop engaging affiliate campaigns, promo assets, and incentive programs
Track performance metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV) and optimize based on data
Collaborate with marketing, social, and creative teams to align messaging and promotions
What You’ll Need:
Proven experience managing affiliate programs (2+ years preferred)
Hands-on expertise with Shopify and GoAffPro (required)
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, commission structures, and performance marketing
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A creative, analytical mindset — you know how to motivate affiliates and maximize profit
