This isn't your typical Chief of Staff role. You'll be pushing the boundaries of what's possible in AI-powered automation, using a wide array of AI tooling, especially Replit Agent. Think of yourself as having superpowers that haven't been released to the world yet and using them to make every team at Replit more effective.

You'll work closely with every team, from engineering to sales to customer success, gaining insights into the full machinery of a fast-growing startup. For the builder: You'll dogfood Replit Agent's latest capabilities before anyone else, creating internal tools that showcase what's possible when AI meets automation. Your work will directly influence our product roadmap as you discover new use cases and push our platform to its limits.
What You'll DoTransform tedious into trivial: Identify friction points across teams and build AI-powered solutions that turn multi-hour tasks into single-click operations
Be the automation architect: Design and implement intelligent workflows using Replit Agent, LLMs, and cutting-edge AI tools, often with features the world hasn't seen yet
Cross-pollinate innovation: Move between teams, understanding their unique challenges and building custom AI solutions that scale across the organization
Pioneer new possibilities: Use unreleased Replit Agent features to create internal tools that demonstrate the future of AI-assisted development
Measure and evangelize impact: Track the ROI of your automations, becoming the go-to expert on how AI transforms productivity at scale
Shape our product: Your internal use cases will directly influence Replit Agent's roadmap. You're not just using the product, you're helping define it
We're looking for someone who:
Gets excited about turning manual processes into elegant, AI-powered solutions
Has experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or building AI agents
Brings either a software engineering background (especially internal tools) or deep expertise in automation platforms
Demonstrates startup hustle - you ship fast, iterate quickly, and aren't afraid to experiment
Shows genuine curiosity about how different parts of a business operate
Communicates complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
