Overview Join Flomad as an AI-Powered Hospitality & Travel Innovation Intern, where you'll help redefine guest experiences by supporting the adoption of intelligent systems in hotels, resorts, and travel platforms. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team working at the intersection of tourism and advanced technology—especially in launching our Conversational AI Travel Planner and hospitality robotics. You’ll contribute to market outreach, digital campaigns, B2B relationship building, and client-focused support—while also gaining exposure to real-world tech integration in the tourism sector. Additionally, you will explore the use of emerging AI productivity tools to support campaign optimization, research, and customer experience design. Key Responsibilities • Industry Research: Investigate market trends, traveler behavior, and competitor offerings within the hospitality and travel tech space. • Outreach & Sales Support: Help coordinate outreach to potential partners and travel businesses; assist with proposal development and client presentations. • Marketing Campaigns: Support execution of digital marketing strategies, including content planning, email outreach, and social media management. • Product Alignment: Work with product developers to align our AI concierge and travel planner solutions with hospitality pain points and operational needs. • Client Interaction: Help schedule and manage virtual product demos, webinars, and customer Q&A sessions. • Content & Collateral: Assist in developing branded content such as case studies, promotional decks, and onboarding guides. • Data Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) from marketing campaigns and sales outreach to support ongoing optimization. • Customer Support: Help respond to inquiries, guide clients through product capabilities, and ensure smooth onboarding. • Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly check-ins and collaborative working sessions, offering fresh insights and hospitality-focused ideas. Who You Are • Background or interest in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or Marketing (coursework or practical experience). • Awareness of current trends in hotel tech, digital tourism, and customer service innovation. • Comfort with digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite) and/or CRM platforms is a plus. • Effective communicator with strong organizational skills and an interest in technology-driven guest experiences. • Data-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable analyzing performance metrics or customer feedback. • Curious and proactive—eager to work on innovation-driven projects in a global, remote team.
