AirBNB and Bookings.com Expert

We are looking for an experienced short-term rental consultant to help us optimize and manage our listings on Airbnb and Booking.com. We’ve been working with someone who has helped increase bookings, but we’re looking for a true expert who can not only maximize revenue but also solve ongoing technical and operational issues with our listings. Key responsibilities: Review and optimize property profiles to attract more bookings Provide dynamic pricing strategy and ongoing adjustments to maximize occupancy and revenue Create and manage promotions and special offers effectively Resolve ongoing Booking.com listing issues, including: Overlapping bookings due to the property being listed as both a whole cottage and as two smaller units Guests being confused about which cottage they are booking Provide ongoing support for updates, troubleshooting, and improvements What we’re looking for: Proven experience managing Airbnb and Booking.com listings (please share examples of success) Strong knowledge of channel management and booking system integrations Ability to resolve technical setup issues and improve clarity for guests Someone reliable for regular, ongoing support rather than just one-off fixes Goal: Increase bookings and revenue while simplifying the guest booking process and avoiding double-bookings.
