Appointment Setter/Cold Caller

Remote Appointment Setter – Custom Cabinetry Remote (US-Based) | Full-Time | $20–$25/hour Do people tell you they can hear you smiling through the phone? We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and highly organized Appointment Setter to help connect with homeowners, designers, and contractors who are interested in our premium custom cabinetry. We work with cold leads as well as warm leads who have already shown interest. Your job is to build rapport, qualify their needs, and book onsite consultations for our sales team. What You’ll Do • Respond quickly to new inquiries via phone, text, and email (goal: within 5 minutes) • Use friendly, natural conversation to connect with prospects • Ask qualifying questions to make sure we’re a fit • Book and confirm onsite design consultations • Follow up with unbooked leads using a proven schedule of calls, texts, and emails • Keep accurate notes and update lead status in our CRM (HubSpot) What We’re Looking For • A warm, engaging voice—you genuinely enjoy talking to people • Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet • Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or customer service • Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace • US-based with availability for some evenings/weekends. (Living in Twin Cities, or in Minnesota Area is an advantage!)
