As an Associate Manager II, Field Health Economics & Reimbursement, you will support our Cardiac Rhythm Management division by educating facilities and clinicians on device-specific coverage, coding, and payment models to establish and maintain economic awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience
- 2 years of cumulative experience in patient access and reimbursement roles in the following: medical device, hospital/private practice, health insurance, or Medicare Part B biopharmaceuticals.
- Cardiology industry experience in roles supporting patient access, coding, and payment.
- Experience educating others on payer processes, requirements for coverage, and other access-related situations.
- Experience communicating technical elements of coding and billing requirements at the National and Regional level across all settings of care.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
