About the Role: Associate Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations
We're seeking an experienced Associate Manager to join our Sales Strategy and Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that enhance sales productivity, drive revenue growth, and improve operational efficiency. You'll work closely with our sales, partner management, operations, product, and analytics teams to build the merchant foundation and drive business impact. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market playbooks, revenue optimization strategies, and process redesign to enhance sales productivity and drive revenue growth
- Work with cross-functional teams to build and execute strategic plans, including sales, partner management, operations, product, and analytics
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions
- Manage external B2B partnerships and develop strategic plans to expand our vendor network and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with our Merchant, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams to scale business impact and drive growth
- Develop and implement efficient improvements to optimize business impact and drive revenue growth
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics, or related fields
- A track record of leading initiatives and hitting goals, with a strong focus on driving business growth and revenue expansion
- Strong cross-functional business experience, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and develop data-driven insights
- Experience managing external B2B partnerships and developing strategic plans to expand vendor networks and improve operational efficiency
- A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to solve ambiguous problems and work with large data sets in Excel/Google Sheets
