We are looking for anAtlassian Administrator with Jira Assets expertise to ensure efficient IT asset management, including SaaS, software, hardware, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

User & Access Management: Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions for Jira and Confluence.

Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and resolve user issues.

Atlassian Solutions Implementation: Gather requirements, analyze impact, and implement solutions.

Jira Administration: Design, configure, and maintain Jira projects with custom settings. User Requests Handling: Manage and resolve Atlassian-related requests per internal policies.

Documentation & Compliance:Maintain internal documentation and ensure system compliance with security policies.

Upgrades & Integrations: Plan and execute upgrades, bug fixes, migrations, and integrations.

System Audits & Backups: Conduct audits and manage backup/archiving for Jira and Confluence.

Custom Reports & Dashboards: Create tailored reports and dashboards.

Jira Assets Management: Implement and maintain Jira Assets for SaaS, software, hardware, cloud services, etc.Configure asset schemas and automate asset lifecycle management. Integrate Jira Assets with IT and business systems.

Requirements

Proficiency in Atlassian administration (min 3 years of experience), from product to organization level, including user management, project configuration, and plugin management

Expert knowledge of Atlassian ecosystem strucuture and the dependencies between its various elements

Experience in implementing Jira Service Management solutions Jira Assets experience (implementation and support)

Expertise in Automation for Jira

Strong understanding of SLA, planning and time management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills, plus confident spoken and written English.

Nice to have:

Atlassian certifications

Familiarity with ITIL

Experience in asset management using JSM Assets

Experience with ScriptRunner plugin

Experience with the Cloud version of Atlassian products
