Audit Senior - Healthcare Experience Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Audit Senior OR Supervisor with expertise in the healthcare sector to join our dynamic audit team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning and executing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to our healthcare clients. Key Responsibilities • Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, including risk assessment and reporting. • Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process. • Collaborate with clients in the healthcare industry to understand their operations and compliance requirements. • Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards. • Identify areas for improvement within client operations and provide actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • CPA certification is required. • Minimum of 3 years of audit experience, preferably in the healthcare sector. • Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards. • Experience in supervising audit teams and managing client relationships.
