Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including dining spaces and preparation areas. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring high standards of quality. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Uphold retail math skills to manage transactions effectively. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or food service roles is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Barista experience or coffee knowledge is necessary. Understanding of food safety practices and food handling procedures. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
