Your Responsibilities as a Bilingual Customer Care Representative
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, following established procedures.
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or process payments as required.
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records.
- Provide feedback on call issues, helping to identify areas for improvement.
- Upsell if required, promoting relevant products or services to customers.
Qualifications and Skills We're Looking For
We're seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong self-motivation and discipline.
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
- A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in basic computer skills.
- The ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with a good understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues.
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
