As a Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our service solutions.
About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our diverse customer base, providing support via phone, chat, and email. You will troubleshoot and resolve training and technical issues, manage requests, and ensure timely resolution of customer escalations. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively interact with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to a diverse customer base, resolving general inquiries, product, and account issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, training requests, and escalations via phone, chat, and email
- Prioritize work queue and backlog, managing multiple cases per day in a fast-paced environment
- Complete help tickets for issues requiring technical support or development team assistance
- Model and champion blithequark's cultural principles, driving customer success and satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a contact center environment
- Demonstrated ability to increase productivity through daily task completion, personal development, and guided trainings
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record of delivering positive customer experiences
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with a wide range of customers
- Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Hubspot, ServiceCloud)
- Proficient with macOS and both Apple and Android mobile devices for app usage
- Fluent in Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and experience will make you an ideal candidate:
- Strong ability to actively listen and ask follow-up questions to drive customer success
- Experience supporting service requests in billing, RMA, cancellations, and renewals
- Experience supporting telematics systems, ELDs, and hours of service compliance
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed (nights and weekends)
- A degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, or a related field
