About the Role: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Beyond Finance, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients enrolled in our financial hardship programs. You will embody our company's voice and values, providing a vital connection between our Sales, Operations, and Client Success teams. Our CSRs are known for their exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

In this remote role, you will undergo a comprehensive 4-week training program to become an expert in our financial hardship programs. Upon successful completion, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, responding promptly to client requests, and anticipating their needs to exceed expectations.
